Early involvement in community programs and social work while in school instilled a strong sense of community involvement and responsibility. This continued throughout college and carried over in the corporate world engaging in programs such as Christmas in April, the United Way, and various other charitable organizations throughout the years. Along the way, also sponsored children for free education, and ultimately lead by the belief of “Change what you cannot accept and Accept what you cannot change” decided to form this organization to directly impact and improve the lives of the people in a community from one generation to another starting in Bihar and eventually make inroads to bridge the inequality throughout India.
